WHO IS WHO?
 Felix
Stoeckli
LL.B., Attorney-at-law (General Manager)
(*1968), studied laws at Fribourg
(Switzerland), where he acquired a law degree from the
University of Fribourg. Subsequently, Mr. Stoeckli was
practizing law and spezialising as a barrister. When he then
became a licensed Attorney-at-law of the Canton of Obwalden
(Switzerland), he delved into legal activities of mainly
advocacy and as an examining Magistrate, investigating within a
broad spectre of criminal cases. Aside the German, English,
French and Spanish languages, Mr. Stoeckli adequately speaks and
reads Thai. - Felix Stoeckli moved to Thailand some time ago,
keen to serve the customers
in a broad area of legal matter. On 1 May 2007, he has taken
over
SwissLaw
and is operating the
business as its General Manager.

 Andreas H. Keller
Attorney-at-law LL.M.
a
was born in Switzerland 1948. After being a trainee at a bank, he attended the Law School at the University of Bern, obtaining the bar certificate and becoming a member of the Swiss Bar association. Then followed a Master degree in international Tax Law. His professional experience comprises the membership of the legal department of a major Swiss industrial company, en suite several activities in the legal departments of governemental institutions and private companies as well. Before he started a career as an independent law consultant, he was a Director in one of the world's first consultant firms. - Andreas Keller joined the crew in 2001, for general practice of law and Tax matters. He serves

customers in Switzerland.

 Reto C. Derungs
M Law (Notary public)
A Swiss national, he was born in 1945. After his law studies at the University of Berne, he obtained the certificate of a Notary public of the Canton of Berne. As an experienced independent Notary and legal consultant, he was appointed Special examining Magistrate for commercial crime in 1988, leading investigations of highly publicized cases of commercial fraud. Presiding the local Court for landlord/tenant matters and as an expert of one of the most important self-regulating organisations against money laundering, he has a broad professional skill in many areas (i.e. insurance, fiduciary, information technology and education) - Reto Derungs is living in
Thailand, he is the founder of SwissLaw
and, after having
retired from the day-to-day business, has become the investing
Partner of
division.
